About these terms
These terms govern your use of avsdepot.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. The store is operated by Advanced Vision Software LLC, a Wyoming-based US online retailer of software and technology products, located at 30 N Gould St Ste 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Website use
You may browse the store, place orders and manage your account for personal or business use. You may not misuse the site — attempting to access another customer's data, interfering with site operation, scraping at abusive rates, or using the store for unlawful purposes are all prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
Accounts
An account is optional for checkout — guest orders work fine. If you register, keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account. Order history, licenses and saved addresses are tied to your account and visible only to you. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — the order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the item is shipped or digitally delivered.
- We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or fails verification checks.
- Order confirmations go to the email address used at checkout — check it carefully before paying.
Pricing and product information
The price displayed on the product page and in your cart is the price charged at checkout. We work to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate; product details are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and we rely on them in good faith. If we make a material error we'll correct it and honor your right to a refund.
Availability
Product listings reflect what we can source and fulfill from our suppliers and distributors. Stock shown on a product page is a real-time snapshot but isn't a guarantee — in the rare case an item can't be fulfilled, we cancel and refund it in full rather than holding your order.
Payments
Payment is charged at checkout through our PCI-compliant payment provider (currently Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers. Orders flagged by fraud or verification checks may be held or cancelled — when cancelled, any charge is released or refunded.
Digital products
Software licenses are delivered as sealed key cards or by email, depending on the product and the delivery method chosen at checkout. Licenses are subject to the publisher's own end-user license agreement (EULA): device counts, license terms, platforms and regions shown on each product page describe the license being sold. Activation is performed by the publisher's servers and may require a publisher account.
Physical products
Physical items are shipped under the terms in our shipping policy: processing times vary by product and supplier, delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees, and some products may ship directly from an approved fulfillment partner.
Returns & refunds
Our returns & refunds policy governs what can be returned and how refunds are issued — including the separate rules for physical items, sealed key cards and delivered license keys. Read it before ordering if you think you may need it.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products under the manufacturer's own terms — see our warranty page. AVS Depot does not modify or extend manufacturer warranty terms.
Trademarks & affiliations
AVS Depot is an independent retailer. Product names, logos and brand names on the site are the property of their respective owners. Any mention of a manufacturer, publisher or brand is for identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Product representations
"Perpetual" or "lifetime" licenses cover the supported life of that product version — they do not include free upgrades to future major versions unless the publisher says so. Subscription licenses cover the stated term only. We do not sell OEM system-builder keys, volume licenses or key-generator keys.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, design, layout and original graphics — is the property of Advanced Vision Software LLC and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AVS Depot's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
