Delivery & license guide

Every software product we sell is a genuine license from the publisher. Here's exactly what happens after you check out, depending on the delivery method you choose.

Physical license delivery (default)

We mail you a sealed license key card to the shipping address on your order. The card contains the license key and the publisher's own download instructions. Orders ship via USPS or carrier with tracking — you'll get the tracking link by email and in your account.

Digital email delivery

Choose email delivery at checkout and our team verifies your order, then emails your license key to your checkout email address — typically within 5–10 minutes during business hours. Nothing is mailed, and no shipping fee applies.

Using your license

  1. Download the software from the publisher's official website, or from the link on your key card / email.
  2. Install it, then enter the license key exactly as provided.
  3. Some publishers may ask you to sign in to their own account portal to complete setup.

Activation is performed by the software publisher on their own servers — AVS Depot sells and delivers the license; we do not operate activation services and we never sell volume, cracked, or key-generator licenses.

If a key won't activate

Email help@avsdepot.com with your order number and a screenshot of the publisher's error message. If a key cannot be activated through the publisher, we replace it or refund it under our returns policy.
